There are many online sources to follow the action. 

The official site is at worldchess.com and you can purchase a ticket for the tournament for $20. Not only will you see the moves, you will get live video of the games, with IM Anna Rudolf and GM Judit Polgar giving commentary. You can also view matches that you have missed. (Interesting to see that in Game 1 the photographers were allowed to take pictures up until the first five minutes of the game. I would find this disconcerting - but these players would still be in their preparation.)

You can follow the moves with commentary/analysis on chess.com, and chess24.com, etc.

You can watch analysis of the games by GM Simon Williams on youtube on his GingerGM channel - first game at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-9buik7-gQ

There are many other resources out there. I followed the first two games on chess.com. I will follow the third game on Monday at 3pm with worldchess.com.

Update

26th November - Round 12. At the moment all is square at 5.5 vs 5.5. Will round 12 be another draw and lead to the tie break on 28th November or will it be decisive for one of the players today?

Round 12 - Draw agreed!

Tie-break will take place on Wednesday 28th after Magnus offer of a draw was accepted. Although I am by no means an expert, I was very disappointed in the draw offer. There seemed to be so many attacking possibilities for black!
