Our Open Quickplay took place on 29 September with an entry of 36 players. Not for the first time, Roddy McKay proved just too good for the opposition. The leaders were: 1 Roddy McKay (5/5); 2 Robert Colston (4.5/5); 3-6 Junhao Xian, David Watt, Graeme King, and Johannes Arens (4/5). The grading prize winners were Graeme King, Colin Paterson, and Peter Mcewan.
