I have been informed by some of the club that access to a Basic membership to Chess.com is FREE. It is not time limited. It lasts as long as you want. This was verfied by Chess.com themselves. Sorry for my incorrect previous information. What is allowed is a 7 day free trial for the various different levels.

Lichess.org is free.

So if you have a computer and the internet then why not join up?
