  • R6 match yet to be played

The tightest championship for years leaves the possibility of a play-off once the top group have faced off in Round 7. The draw is yet to be made, and will be done once the postponed match is played. I am suggesting a decision in advance that, if there is a tie for first place, there will be a play-off. There is a suggestion in the constitution of using one of the T1,2,3,4,5 etc. methods of deciding the winner. Before ever looking at how that might work out, I think that would be inappropriate in a competition that has seen a number of byes and withdrawals. If there is a majority wish amongst those in advance of the draw to have joint winners should that occur, then I believe it would be reasonable to discuss that in advance.

Good luck to all.
